As a dedicated player for over 4-years I can say with certainty that you can have success maining any of the 31 character roster. Warmonger and Kensei are both nice entry level heroes with a lot of options, Jormungandr and Berserker are also easy and enjoyable (study the hyperarmor moves on all of them).
