1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

1 cup Brown Sugar

2 tbs Flour

1 tbs Soy Sauce

1 1/2 tbs Ketchup

1/4 cup Water

1/4 cup Vinegar

Preheat oven to 325F. Combine mince, breadcrumbs and egg in a bowl. Roll into small balls (about 2 tbs) and fry them in a pan to brown the outsides. |

While the meatballs are frying mix together brown sugar and flour in a small saucepan. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients for the sauce. Add this to the brown sugar mixture in the saucepan and simmer until the sauce is smooth and well combined. |

Place the meatballs in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over top. Cook in the oven for 30 mins. |
