1 lbs Mince
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1 Eggs
For The Sauce
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 tbs Flour
1 tbs Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tbs Ketchup
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Vinegar

A quick and easy recipe that is delicious.

Preheat oven to 325F. Combine mince, breadcrumbs and egg in a bowl. Roll into small balls (about 2 tbs) and fry them in a pan to brown the outsides.

While the meatballs are frying mix together brown sugar and flour in a small saucepan. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients for the sauce. Add this to the brown sugar mixture in the saucepan and simmer until the sauce is smooth and well combined.

Place the meatballs in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over top. Cook in the oven for 30 mins.

serve over rice and enjoy!
